Supplement Dosing

The Youngevity Healthy Body Paks are dosed for 100 pounds of body weight. This means that one pak will last a 100 pound person a whole month, but will last a 200 pound person two weeks.

*If finances are a problem, you may take less than the recommended dose, but you must expect slower results.

Gluten Intolerance and Absorption

In order to receive maximum benefit from your supplements, you must absorb them. Gluten Intolerance is a hot buzz word these days, and for good reason. Wheat, Barley, Rye, and Oats (yes, oats!) damage the villi of our small intestine and prevent us from properly absorbing nutrients. Once you stop eating gluten, the intestines will begin to repair themselves.

Common Symptoms of Gluten Intolerance: Asthma, skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, extremely dry skin, having one's appendix or gall bladder removed, especially as a child, chronic constipation or diarrhea.

Failure to remove gluten from one’s diet is the #1 reason that people may not see the results that they desire from the Youngevity products.
